Your telehealth provider will guide you through a confidential online medical evaluation, determine whether treatment is appropriate, and manage any lab work or medication required for your program.

You may be a candidate if you are 18 or older, have struggled to reach or maintain a healthy weight through diet and exercise, are willing to complete baseline and ongoing lab testing, and want medical supervision rather than an over-the-counter approach.

This program may not be appropriate if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy; have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2; have a history of pancreatitis; have an active eating disorder; or are under 18.

Only a licensed provider can determine whether treatment is appropriate for you. Completing an evaluation does not guarantee a prescription.

How soon will I know if I qualify? Most people complete their evaluation within one to two weeks, depending on scheduling and result turnaround with the provider.

Do I need insurance? No. This is a direct-pay program. We do not bill insurance. You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds — check with your plan administrator.

Which medication will I receive? That decision belongs to your provider, based on your clinical evaluation. Availability varies. Your provider will discuss options with you during your consultation.

Can I do this from anywhere? Telehealth availability varies by state. Your eligibility will be confirmed during enrollment.

What if I want lab testing only? You can purchase any of our lab panels independently, without enrolling in the weight loss program.

Medical evaluation, treatment decisions, and prescriptions are provided by Agile Telehealth, a service of OpenLoop Health, a network of US-licensed clinicians. Eligibility is determined by the prescribing clinician. If prescribed, medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to you directly.

SALUS does not collect payment for the medical weight loss program. Payment for evaluation, treatment, and medication is made directly to the telehealth provider.

Compounded medications may be prescribed as part of this program. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. Whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you is a decision made by the prescribing clinician.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are the active ingredients in FDA-approved medications sold under other brand names. SALUS Wellness Center LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the manufacturers of those medications.
